| 3 things I could not live without | | Love, Yogi tea & daily practice | | A bit about me... | | People say I'm interesting, intelligent, funny, charming, serious, a thinker, adventurous & pretty on a good day! I love new experiences & have done quite a few things on my journey. I love live music esp. reggae & dancing also. I belong to an Archery club & go once a week & will start competing soon. I go to my Kundalini class once a week & it will be twice a week once my friend has completed her teacher training but I practice daily at home. Love experiencing & learning about other cultures. I eat a Kundalini yogic diet - no stimulants includes no chocolate! Halva with sultanas = yum! | | For me the benefits of yoga are... (e.g. spiritual, physical etc.) | | The power of Kundalini - it works! Everyting as well as the friendship of the other group members & tutor - we chill out and drink herbals after class & can have 1-1's with him - so cool. | | I am hoping to meet... | | A cool, intelligent, non-smoking, veggie guy to hang out with as friends & if the feeling is mutual - romance. | | I have been practising yoga for... ( e.g. 1 yr, 5 yrs, 10 yrs) | | Off and on for a few years then started Kundalini a few months ago - I've found my style of choice and I'm so very pleased as other styles (and maybe instructors?) lacked substance & spirituality. | | If I could be any animal for a day, I would be a... because... | | Spider as I'd like to have the mathematical ability to build a web then have the patience to stay in the same pose all day & chill. Eaves dropping would be a bonus! | | In my bedroom you will find | | Bed & 2 bedside cabinets all stripped & painted by me. Two art nouveau inspired lamps, a large picture on the wall that changes between a Degas, Klimt & a Ken Done. Possibly a spider in its web - wilting due to lack of flies. | | My favourite (yoga!) position is... | | Corpse Pose . . . after all the hard work! | | My ideal date would be (e.g. candlelit dinner) | | A walk on a beach or forest on a sunny day & a lovely picnic. Followed by chilling & kisses - if the vibe is there. | | My ideal vacation would be | | Skiing - love it - the sun, the buzz, the laughter & feeling full of fresh air. | | The famous person I most resemble is... | | Dunno but I do have one of those "familiar faces" . . . "no love -I'm not Mrs Farqursons grand daughter who used to live opposite the woman whos boyfriend ran off with the milkmaids husband" |
