| 3 things I could not live without | | Breathing - a guitar - smiling! | | A bit about me... | I'm a youthful 55, fun loving, romantic. Standing on my head makes me laugh. The world looks so funny upside down. I have two sons now grown and independant.
I play guitar, a little John Martyn and James Taylor. Some classical but I'm not trained (in any way). Both of my sons are musical (they choose to be, honest). We like to meet up and play music together - not the Osmands a bit more raw. I love to cook and eat out, walk on the moor near to my home and fly my kites. I sit by the sea and read, and play in the water. watch people on the beach, away from the hassle of life, computers and traffic.
I enjoy working with people, seeing them make positive changes. I love teaching yoga, seeing the stress melt away as the class unfolds. Whilst the spiritual element of yoga and buddhism are very important to me, I'm very grounded and practical and tread the path lightly. Very Aquarian!
As a proper job I'm a social worker - it has it's up side too!!!
